  • Mitochondrial swelling (mPTP opening)
  • ROS production (FACS), lipid peroxidation products (protein carbonyls, malondialdehyde)
  • Antioxidant enzymes (glutathione peroxidase, glutathione reductase, superoxide dismutase, catalase

  • Life cell imaging (confocal microscopy)
